1. Personal Information. The website is brought to you by Elemental Rock. (“Elemental Rock” “ELEMENTAL ROCK” or “we” or “us”). You may choose to provide personal information (such as your name, address, telephone number and email address) on this web site. Here are some of the ways you may provide the information and the types of information you may submit. We also tell you how we may use the information.

2. Children’s Privacy. This web site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on the site, we will delete the information from our records. Some links on Elemental Rock. take web site visitors to sites that are directed to kids. These web sites have their own privacy notices that address children’s privacy. We encourage you to read these privacy notices if you visit any linked sites directed to children.

4. Mobile Information We Collect. Personally identifiable information (e.g. Name, email address) we collect consists only of what you share with us. For example, certain products may ask for this type of information so that we may contact you by phone or email at your request. You choose what, how, and when you want to share.

5. Location Based Services. If you use any location-enabled products, you may be sending us location information. Elemental Rock. does not store or use this information other than to provide the service you requested. For example, a mobile product may use GPS data to find a nearby restaurant you requested. Location-enabled features are opt-in and you have control over your participation and can turn these services off at any time.

6. Web beacons and cookies. Web-enabled mobile applications may use cookies or web beacons and other methods to customize your browsing experience. Please see Elemental Rock's web privacy policy for more information.

7. Ad management. Some mobile applications will utilize ad management partners to help us better serve our customers through improved products, services, and revisions to the mobile applications. This collected information will not identify you to Elemental Rock. It may, however, let us know anonymously, which services and features you are using the most within the application, as well as device type and hardware features, country and language of download.

8. Third party sharing. Use of 3rd party services such as social sharing sites (e.g., Facebook & Twitter) is governed by the privacy practices of those services. Elemental Rock. does not capture or store your login information or other personally identifiable information for these services, however session info or cookies may be stored.

9. Mobile How We Use Collected Information. We use the information to personalize your experience with the application and to improve your overall experience including the development of new products, services, and features. We also use the information to provide customer support, and when applicable, register and administer your account. Additionally, we may use the information you provide to contact you about updates to our service.

10. eCommerce. Information you provide may be used to fulfil the service(s) or carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized. For example, if you authorize a purchase through a mobile eCommerce application, we will use provided information to ship and bill you.

11. EU Safe Harbour & Dispute Resolution. Elemental Rock. adheres to the U.S.-EU Safe Harbour Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbour Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Information from organizations in European Union member countries and Switzerland. Although the European Court of Justice issued a ruling on October 6, 2015 invalidating the ability of European companies to rely on the Safe Harbour Framework for cross border data transfers, the U.S. Department of Commerce has nonetheless reaffirmed its commitment to administration of the Safe Harbour. As part of our participation in the Safe Harbour, we have agreed to TRUSTe dispute resolution for disputes relating to our compliance with the Safe Harbour Privacy Framework. If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with the Safe Harbour you should first contact us (as provided below). If contacting us does not resolve your complaint, you may raise your complaint with TRUSTe by Internet here. Please click here for fax and postal mail information. TRUSTe’s Dispute Resolution process is only available in English. For human resources data we have agreed to cooperate with Data Protection Authorities.

Cross-Border Transfer. The Services are controlled and operated by us from the European Union Countries and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the European Union Countries. Your Personal Information may be accessed by personnel providing Services in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the European Union Countries, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country.

13. Data Security. We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contact Information” section below.
