Introducing the ELEMENTAL ROCK cash on instrument account, with 3.8% AER interest
Bank cash on hold for issuance of instrument through ELEMENTAL ROCK. It'll give you 3.3% AER (3.25% gross) variable interest, which we'll calculate daily and pay monthly – directly into your instrument account.
Securities Funding settlement on a Delivery Versus Payment basis (DVP):
1. Corporate Promissory Notes (CPN) Funding, the Promissory Note deposited with the client's bank for the benefit of the Funder, and the bank will provide a commitment against receiving the funds, there are 3 options below:
· The Bank will undertake to issue the Bank AVAL.
· The Bank will undertake to issue a statement of repayment of the funding, including interest and fees - Swift MT799 Undertake Payment in accordance with the funding agreement.
· The Bank will undertake to issue a Bank Guarantee / FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT - Swift MT760.
2. The Blocked Fund Funding is designed for clients who prefer to keep their money deposits in their bank account and obtain credit for investment on Trade transactions. The client will deposit the funds as collateral in his bank account for alternative funding purposes and perform a block in favour of the Funder via Swift MT799 Blocked Funds.
· Blocked Hallmarks Gold Funding is designed for clients who have invested over the years and purchased gold bullion. The client will deposit the gold (Custodial Bank Safe Keeping Receipt - SKR) as collateral for alternative funding into his bank account and perform a block in favor of the Funder via Swift MT799 Blocked Gold.
· Funding Securities / Bridge buy/sell of Bank Papers as (Delivery Versus Payment – DVP):
1. Bank Guarantee (BG).
2. Standby Letter of Credit (FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT).
3. Certificate of Deposit (CD).
4. Medium Terms Notes (MTN)
5. Sovereign Guarantee.
